There will be a 55 passenger Motor Coach leaving the Fairfield Inn promptly at 2:45pm for an on-time arrival at the venue. All guests are welcome to ride the Motor Coach. Please be in the hotel lobby no later than 2:30pm to ensure the Motor Coach leaves on time.

We will also have a 12 passenger Sprinter Van traveling between the venue and the hotel beginning at 8:00pm for those guests who wish to leave early.

The reception formally ends at 11:00pm. The Sprinter Van will run continuously from 8:00pm to 12:00am to provide everyone transportation back to the hotel.

Round trip between the venue and the hotel is approximately 25-30 minutes, so if you miss a shuttle, it will be coming back soon.
